What do most women want that makes men drool? That shapely, sculpted, and defined butt we see in the magazine ads. Also known as the J-Lo booty. Closets full of skinny jeans and miniskirts have us focused more than ever on lifting, tightening, and shaping our behinds.
This is much easier said than done...Fat cells the body has deposited around the hips and thighs are less responsive than in other parts of the body. So you have to pay particular attention to your backside workouts if you really want to make some improvement.
Get your best booty in no time! If you aren't a newbie, add 5-10lb dumbbells for an even more intense workout.
