Easiest Weekly Workout Plan

Compliments of Back on Pointe, I came across this Daily Workout Plan that I really wanted to share. You can perform these in under 10 minutes and they are great strengthening exercises. And, the more build up your strength the more sets you can do. To start out, you can reduce the reps to something you're comfortable with. But as you continue to exercise, you can begin increasing the sets. 


At my level of activity, I would probably complete the stated number of reps, but perform 3-4 sets to get a really good workout. when you vary the exercises like this, you are less inclined to get bored. And competing with yourself is always the best motivation. Therefore, I love proving myself wrong and doing more than I originally stated.
